Patrick Palmer opened the scoring with 3 converted frees. Then Kilgarvan's Kieran O' Sullivan had a point from play, before Patrick Palmer had further scores from play and a free. Donal O' Sullivan and Patrick Palmer exchanged points, before Kilgarvan's Jerimah Kelleher hit back with a long range point. Just ahead of the break Templenoe's Sean Sheahan and Cian Hallissey added points to leave Templenoe 0-10 Kilgarvan 0-3 at Half-Time.
Shane Cremin and Connie Cremin swapped points. Then Templenoe's Teddy Doyle got in for a well worked goal and soon after the same player added another point . Sean Gleeson hit the target for Kilgarvan, before Templenoe had more points from Patrick Palmer, Brian Crowley 0-2, Teddy Doyle and Shane Cremin.
