Result: Dromid 1-06, Templenoe 2-10

Templenoe had seven points to spare over Dromid in this County League re fixture played in Derrynane on Saturday. Dromid started well and scored the opening two points of the match. It took Templenoe ten minutes to get going but their opening score came when Brian Crowley found the net. Templenoe immediately followed up with a second goal from Killian Spillane. The match was played in damp conditions which resulted in slippery  underfoot conditions. Templenoe continued to score and got points from Teddy Doyle, Brian Crowley and Killan Spillane to leave the half time score Dromid 0-02, Templenoe 2-04.

Dromid started brightly in the second half and got the first two points but Templenoe started to gain control and scored points from Gavin Crowley, Killian Spillane & Adrian Spillane. With ten minutes remaining, Dromid scored a point and followed up with a goal to put pressure on Templenoe but Templenoe responded with a point from Killian Spillane. Dromid again scored the next two points but Denis O Neill got the last point of the match from a quickly taken 45. Final score Dromid 1-06, Templenoe 2-10.
