Templenoe had a good away win over Ballylongford in Ballylongford on Sunday.
The home team started brightly and raced into a 0-3 to 0-0 lead before Gavin Crowley got the Visitors first goal. Ballylongford responded with a goal almost straight away. Templenoe went on to dominate the rest of the 1st half and got 0-5 on the trot with Martin Reilly, Mike Hallissey, Patrick Palmer and a long range effort from Shane Cremin to put the away team 1-5 to 1-3 ahead at the break.
A goal early in the 2nd, half put the losers ahead. Then the Templenoe were awarded a penalty which was converted by Brian Crowley. Kieran McCarthy added a point before the losers replied with 2 points from play. Patrick Palmer and Shane Cremin both pointed.Then Ballylongford had a point from a free. Templenoe increased their lead with Patrick Palmer, Martin Reilly and Keiran McCarthy were all on target.
