Kenmare won the Finnegan Cup final sponsored by Kenmare Mart by beating Templenoe after extra time in Fr Breen Park Kenmare on Sunday.
Templenoe lead 0-6 to 0-2 after 20 minutes with scores from Patrick Palmer 0-4, Sean Sheahan and Tadhg Morley. Stephen O'Brien and Alan O'Leary were on target for Kenmare. Stephen O'Brien and Patrick Palmer exchanged points. Dara Crowley kicked the final point to leave the score Templenoe 0-7 Kenmare 0-4 at the interval.
Kenmare played with the strong wind in the 2nd Half and DJ Brennan, Mark Crowley and Stephen O'Brien had the teams level with 10 Minutes left. Sean Sheehan then put the ball over the bar to put Templenoe ahead with 5 mins left. Alan O' Leary grabbed the equaliser to put the game into Extra-Time.

In the 1st period of Extra-Time Cian Hallissey put Templenoe in front before DJ Brennan from a free and Stephen O'Brien put Kenmare up at the break by 0-10 to 0-9.
